Job summary

GymBeam GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced marketing professional to define and execute the local marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty in the Austrian market.

You will manage budgets, craft high-impact campaigns, coordinate with HQ and local teams, and mentor junior staff. A degree in marketing or related field is preferred, with strong German and English skills and a passion for health and fitness.

What will your day look like

• Defines and executes the local marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty;
• Manages and optimizes the local marketing budget across channels, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI);
• Ideates and delivers high-impact campaigns, brand propositions, and local activations to build brand awareness;
• Actively looks for new growth opportunities, such as new types of customers and new marketing and sales channels;
• Prepares quarterly channel strategies and oversees the execution of all local marketing touchpoints;
• Mentors and supervises local Junior Specialists and Copywriters, delegating tasks and ensuring high-quality execution;
• Collaborates closely with HQ, Sales, E-commerce, and Product teams to align local campaigns with global objectives;
• Analyzes key performance metrics (KPIs), evaluates campaign efficiency, and delivers actionable reports to management;
• Continuously drives improvements in local customer experience, supervising e-shop localization and content tone-of-voice;
• Drives the adoption of new marketing technologies, automated workflows, and AI tools to optimize local marketing efficiency.

Who are we looking for?

• Native-level German and professional English (B2/C1);
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or social media management;
• University degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field is a plus;
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills tailored for various platforms;
• Practical video editing skills;
• Proven ability to independently evaluate campaign performance and analyze data;
• Creative mindset with a strong drive for new ideas and "out-of-the-box" thinking;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively;
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and networking abilities;
• A genuine passion for the health, fitness, and lifestyle industry.
