Zusammenfassung

The North Face, a VF brand, is seeking a Media & Social Commerce Specialist to launch and scale TikTok Shop across EMEA from Stabio, Switzerland. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, agencies and partners to ensure a successful launch and ongoing optimization of social commerce initiatives, including affiliate marketing and paid social.

You will manage multiple projects with strong organization, drive tests, report performance, and collaborate with Influencer/Content teams to align

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing is a must.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Social Commerce or Marketplace environments is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with platforms like TikTok Shop, Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Google Analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and launch of The North Face TikTok Shop programme across EMEA markets.
• Define the launch roadmap, testing strategy, KPIs and success metrics.
• Coordinate platform setup, product feeds, inventory, content readiness, and creator activation.
• Collaborate with TikTok, agencies and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor performance, build dashboards, and provide regular optimization recommendations.
