Zusammenfassung

VF Corporation's North Face EMEA team seeks a Digital Content Operations Coordinator in Stabio, Switzerland, to support end-to-end product content workflows. You will ensure PDP assets, images and descriptions, are delivered accurately and on time, partnering with ecommerce merchandising, content and creative teams as well as external agencies.

You will coordinate sample ordering, asset delivery, content translations and quality checks while driving process improvements and operational reporting

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce or digital content operations.
• Strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and office applications.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end product content workflows and PDP asset delivery.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, content, and creative teams as well as external agencies.
• Coordinate product description creation, review and translation activities.
• Maintain data quality, track content readiness across digital channels.
• Identify and resolve product/content discrepancies; perform quality checks.
• Support process improvements and operational reporting.
