You will collaborate with global Sales teams and external partners to identify trends and translate data into recommendations that strengthen customer partnerships and unlock growth worldwide.

You will manage external partners, curate cross-market insights from multiple sources, and turn findings into compelling narratives that support strategic decisions

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FMCG experience in Shopper Insights or related function.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience managing insights and thought-leadership projects.
• Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Transform shopper, category, and market data into actionable insights.
