Zusammenfassung

Alstom is seeking a Service Bid and Project Manager (f/m/d) 80%–100% in Villeneuve. You will drive business development for service in CH, engage customers and partners, and lead Tender and Project phases with a focus on QCDP performance and financial optimization.

You will report to the Site Tenders & Projects Director and collaborate with a diverse team across countries to maximize asset value, while delivering for Swiss and European customers in a dynamic mobility environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager or manager of an operational scope.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills; able to operate in multinational settings.
• Experience in matrix organizations and knowledge of ALSTOM ways of working is advantageous.
• Knowledge of railway products and systems is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Business development: Support Service growth strategy for Service in CH and for the site Villeneuve.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners; seek additional opportunities.
• Tender Phase: collaborate with Tender Leader and the full tender team; manage complexity via criticality matrix.
• Prepare technical descriptions, planning and pricing for customer submissions.
• Project Phase: define objectives, drive QCDP performance, and optimize margins and cash.
• Own the Project Management Plan and allocate objectives to Sub-Systems.
