The role covers hands-on activities including PCB assembly, soldering, wiring, electro‑mechanical integration, and lab support, collaborating with electronics, software, optics, chemistry and science teams to build prototypes and validated industrial sensor systems.

Qualifikationen

• Federal VET Diploma in Electronics (Electronicien CFC) or equivalent qualification.
• Initial professional experience in electronics assembly, wiring, or laboratory environments

Aufgaben

• Assemble and integrate electronic and electro‑mechanical components for sensor prototypes and production systems.
• Perform manual soldering and rework of PCBs, electronic boards, connectors, cables, and fine‑pitch components.
• Wire and cable sensors, test benches, electronic subsystems, and laboratory equipment according to schematics and technical documentation.
• Perform functional verification, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic assemblies and sensor systems.
• Execute testing procedures, collect results, and report findings to development teams.
• Support inventory management of electronic components, cables, consumables, and laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety rules and quality processes.
