SKIDATA is seeking a Service Technician to install, commission and maintain our access control systems across French-speaking Switzerland. You will troubleshoot issues, train clients on-site at the Sion office, and ensure precise reporting and service documentation.

The role offers autonomous daily work with a focus on customer satisfaction, collaboration with the Service Manager, and opportunities within the ASSA ABLOY Group.

Qualifikationen

• CFC electronics technician or equivalent training.
• Strong knowledge of networks and databases.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

Aufgaben

• Installing, commissioning and maintaining our systems throughout French-speaking Switzerland
• Troubleshoot and restore the operation of installations using your technical expertise
• Assisting and training clients – on-site and in our Sion office
• Ensure clear reporting and meticulous documentation; establish clear service reports
• Participate in the on-call service
