The role focuses on developing the workforce strategy, driving efficiency and ensuring the right people are in the right places to meet customer demand.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, coach a planning team and lead organisational transformation efforts with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Proven ability to translate strategic plans into actionable staffing & capacity plans.
• Strong data-driven decision making and reporting capabilities.

• Lead end-to-end workforce and labour planning strategy.
• Optimize staffing levels to meet operational and customer needs.
• Monitor costs, performance and productivity; adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, Transport, Logistics and agency partners on forecasts.
