Arineo Group in Austria seeks a senior consultant to analyze manufacturing processes, identify weaknesses and design transformation roadmaps around Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM. You will lead process workshops, develop business cases and support ERP transformations with AI-enabled insights; a strong ERP background, German at least C1 and good English, plus effective client communication.

Remote work in Austria is possible alongside on-site offices in Vienna, Salzburg and Innsbruck, inviting

Qualifikationen

• Several years’ experience in process or management consultancy within the manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of ERP systems to support business processes and digitalisation.
• Experience in analysing and optimising business processes and communicating business cases.
• Strong team spirit and workshop communication skills.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day consultancy work.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach; engaging in workshops and client meetings.
• Very good command of German (min. C1) and good English.

Aufgaben

• Analysis of business processes in manufacturing companies, identification of weaknesses and highlighting of potential along the value chain, with the aim of implementing Microsoft D365 FSCM.
• Conducting workshops on process mapping, developing target scenarios and prioritising areas for action, as well as supporting our implementation teams.
• Development of transformation strategies, roadmaps and action plans that combine technical requirements, business objectives and realistic implementation steps.
• Preparation of business cases and cost-benefit analyses, as well as advising decision-makers during the initial phase of ERP and transformation projects.
• Independent management of individual work packages depending on the project context, and contributing one’s own experience to the further development of our methods and consultancy services.
