Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Lead to join our Workday Business Group in Europe. You will guide clients through end-to-end HCM deployments, lead workshops, and manage cross-functional teams across advisory and technology services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion.
• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise/cloud platforms.
• Ability to meet travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment with deadlines and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in Core HCM, applying Workday methodologies.
• Host workshops and lead discussions across your Workday Core HCM area.
• Independently lead your workstream and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation with new methods and assets.
