Qualifikationen

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or electronic preferable).
• Experience: 10+ years in energy sector projects; 6+ years in wind design and project engineering.
• Skills: Fluent in German and English; strong communication, team leadership, and decision-making.
• Knowledge: Wind and BESS technologies; NFPA/IEC/DNV/IEEE standards.
• Travel: Frequent national and international travel required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver technical expertise for wind greenfield projects across Europe.
• Define SoW for technical studies and manage contractor relations.
• Lead engineering development from design to construction.
• Monitor EPC documents and ensure design compliance.
• Report to management and coordinate cross-department decisions.
