OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria seeks an experienced Project Leader to drive hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and report transparently to management while acting as a sparring partner for peers.

You will foster collaboration, share learnings, and continuously improve how we lead projects with a proactive, structured PM approach in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Lead cross-functional projects in a technical product development environment.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, written and spoken.
• Ownership mindset with a structured project-management approach.
• Ability to align priorities among stakeholders and navigate challenging situations.

Aufgaben

• Lead hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, delivering against objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report progress to management.
• Act as sparring partner for other Project Leaders and help colleagues navigate complex situations.
• Foster collaboration among Project Leaders and share learnings.
• Identify and implement improvements to project-management practices.
