Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH in Klaus, Austria, seeks an experienced Project Leader to drive hardware and/or software development projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery against objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align priorities, and report to management with transparency.

You will mentor other Project Leaders, foster collaboration, and continuously improve how we lead projects in our international environment. Proficiency in German and English is required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading cross-functional projects in a technical product development environment.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Enjoy working with people and bringing together different perspectives, priorities, and stakeholders.
• Comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity, and navigating challenging project situations.
• Structured and proactive approach to project management and continuous process improvement.
• Strong professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
