• 5+ years of experience working within the D365 Finance & Operations ecosystem, including close collaboration with ISVs in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Lifecycle Services and the Power Platform Admin Center, combined with solid exposure to Azure, DevOps and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Broad IT understanding across infrastructure, integrations and complex multi-environment landscapes
• Ability to think strategically and architecturally while remaining hands-on and execution-focused
• Confident bilingual communication skills in German and English, including written, verbal and presentation capabilities
