OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a Technical Buyer for a hybrid role in Austria. You will manage end-to-end purchasing for Electronics/Mechanics, negotiate terms with suppliers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive ERP-related initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a technical education and a proactive, analytical approach, with a commercial mindset and strong relationship-building skills in an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed a technical education (HTL, technical college, or apprenticeship) in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or related field.
• Initial experience in purchasing is an advantage but not required; motivated graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Commercial mindset with enjoy negotiating and building relationships with stakeholders.
• MS Office and IT systems knowledge; ERP experience and English are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for Electronics/Mechanics groups, ensuring competitive sourcing and timely deliveries.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate prices and terms; identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Oversee procurement operations: purchase orders, master data, order tracking, and issue resolution.
• Drive procurement and ERP-related projects by coordinating with users and cross-functional teams.
• Support ERP optimization, digitalization, and strategic purchasing initiatives.
