AT&S in Leoben, Austria is seeking a Senior Specialist - SAP FI/CO Key User to join the Controlling Team. The role focuses on being the primary SAP FI/CO expert, supporting users and improving controlling processes, data quality, and decision-making.

The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, with part-time arrangements starting from 50%. You will participate in SAP projects, drive standardization, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Considerable professional experience as an SAP Key User and Controller.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and SAP FI/CO modules (BW/BPC) and IBM TM1.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze business performance to identify improvements and support effective controlling.
• Provide decision support to internal and external stakeholders by evaluating information and translating findings into insights.
• Serve as the primary SAP FI/CO expert and provide first-level support to end users.
• Document business processes and requirements for SAP CO solutions.
• Maintain user documentation and promote best practices in system usage.
• Participate in SAP projects, upgrades and enhancements to support process development.
• Validate system changes before production deployment.
• Ensure accurate master data and compliance with policies.

Senior Specialist - SAP FI/CO Key User

In this role, you will be the primary SAP FI/CO expert within Corporate Controlling, supporting users and improving controlling processes, data quality and decision-making. This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, with part-time arrangements starting from 50%.

Your Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze business performance to identify improvement opportunities and support effective controlling
• Provide decision support to internal and external stakeholders by evaluating relevant information and translating findings into clear insights
• Serve as the primary expert for SAP FI/CO modules and provide first-level support to end users
• Understand and document business processes and requirements to support effective SAP CO solutions
• Maintain user documentation, procedures and work instructions while promoting best practices and standardized system usage
• Participate in SAP projects, upgrades and enhancements to support the development of controlling processes and systems
• Validate system changes before production deployment to ensure that they meet documented business requirements
• Ensure accurate and consistent master data while supporting compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, or another relevant qualification from a recognized institution
• Considerable professional experience as an SAP Key User and Controller
• Expert knowledge of Excel and SAP, particularly FI/CO, BW and BPC, combined with good knowledge of IBM TM1
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and support informed decision‑making
• Sound understanding of both business and technical topics, combined with an independent, proactive and solution‑oriented approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support projects, influence key stakeholders and drive alignment toward strategic objectives
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
