Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG is seeking an HR Specialist Administration to join our Leoben team. You will manage HR operations, onboarding, data quality, and payroll-support tasks to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Requirements include a completed HR-related degree, HR administration experience, and strong German language skills; English is a plus. We offer a structured onboarding program, ongoing training, and supportive benefits in an international setting.

HR Specialist Administration

As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers regarding HR administrative matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive employee experience
• Prepare employment-related documents and support personnel changes in accordance with legal and company requirements
• Maintain employee data and documentation in HR systems while ensuring the highest standards of data quality and confidentiality
• Support payroll-relevant and time management processes in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to deliver excellent HR services
• Generate reports and provide reliable HR data to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Contribute to the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes and actively identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, company policies, and internal governance standards

Your Profile

• Completed education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Professional experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a comparable role
• Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or comparable HR systems is considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Good English skills; German is a must-have
• Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to continuously improve processes and employee services
