• Solid understanding of project financials, contracts, planning, and risk management.
• Experience working with ERP/PLM systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with ability to make decisions and drive results.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as the main customer interface.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive change management, identify mitigation actions, and resolve project challenges.
• Support bid activities and contribute to business growth.
• Support and enable project managers by introducing best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement.
