Beyond Gravity in Austria is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-technology projects from contract award to delivery. You will manage customer relationships, project execution, budget, schedule, scope, and risks while leading multidisciplinary international teams.

The role requires several years of PM experience in a high-tech industrial environment with space industry exposure, strong leadership, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of project management experience in a high-technology industrial environment (Space industry preferred).
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary and international projects.
• Strong customer focus with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of project financials, contracts, planning, and risk management.
• Experience working with ERP/PLM systems.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions and drive results.
• Fluent in English and German.

Your Mission

Your Story

Nice to have

We are required to state a minimum gross salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement: this amounts to EUR4820 ,- per month. The actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience and will exceed the collective agreement minimum.
