Qualifikationen

• Technical degree in Engineering (mechanical or aerospace) or natural sciences.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in the space sector or 10 years in complex PM/program management.
• Proven track record in securing publicly funded projects.
• Experience with European or international funding programs.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• German at C1 or higher and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Identify and evaluate national, European, and international funding opportunities relevant to GATE Space.
• Lead and coordinate grant proposal preparations, funding applications, and consortium submissions.
• Manage complex institutional projects throughout their lifecycle (planning, execution, reporting, compliance).
• Develop project schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for successful project execution.
• Maintain relationships with space agencies, public authorities, and research institutions.
• Prepare technical and administrative reports for funding organizations.
• Support contract negotiations and project governance activities.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
