Vertice, an Intelligent Procurement Platform company, seeks a QA Automation Engineer to uphold high testing standards and automate end-to-end tests. You will leverage Playwright and Behave, primarily with Python, to build and maintain robust test suites within an agile environment.

You’ll own testing tasks end-to-end, contribute to testing framework improvements, and help elevate the skills of less experienced QA engineers while collaborating with an international team based in Linz, Austria.

Your Role at Vertice

• You’ll be key to maintaining our high-quality solution standards.

• You’re a pro at automation, ideally with experience using frameworks like Playwright or Behave.

• You can read and write code, preferably in Python (or other programming languages), and you have a strong understanding of how to apply it in a testing context.

• You can take ownership of challenging testing tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

• You’ll actively contribute to improvements in our testing frameworks, tooling, and processes that benefit multiple teams.

• You are open to helping less experienced QA engineers grow by sharing your expertise, offering guidance, and providing hands‑on support when needed.

• You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating in an international team.

• You are ideally based in Linz, Austria.
