Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Vienna seeks a seasoned full-stack engineer to own complex web applications from design to rollout. You will work on developer-facing views for multi-agent workflows and build data-heavy interfaces using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, SDK engineers, and product engineers to refine features, improve error handling, and scale systems handling millions of conversations, ensuring observability and reliable production

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
• Depth in one side of the stack and real competence in the other.
• Track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including securing agreement from other teams.
• Comfort designing and building data-heavy interfaces where the data shape is messy and volume is large.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Live in the Vienna area or be willing to relocate.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs or agent frameworks.
• Bonus: familiarity with application monitoring, observability, or OpenTelemetry
• Bonus: experience querying large-scale analytical data stores such as ClickHouse
• Bonus: experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs

Aufgaben

• Own projects end to end, from customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement
• Write design documents, divide work into shippable pieces, and follow through after launch
• Build developer-facing views for multi-agent workflows, conversation replay, cost and token breakdowns, and agent failure diagnosis
• Make data fast and queryable, including filtering and sorting millions of conversations, accurate cost calculation, and well-designed APIs
• Detect and surface common agent failure classes as issues
• Simplify setup across technology stacks, including hand-built integrations and coding-agent-assisted setup
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, SDK engineers, and product engineers
• Provide technical perspective, explain user impact of constraints, and refine product details such as empty states, error messages, loading behavior, and edge cases
• Build Sentry's Agent Tracing product using Python/Django, PostgreSQL, React, TypeScript, and Sentry's trace storage
