Sportradar, Vienna, seeks a (Senior) Software Engineer for Sports Data to help build and maintain API-backed services and data pipelines. You will work in a cross-functional team, applying modern frameworks to deliver scalable, reliable software that enables new features and products.

You bring 4+ years in agile development, proficiency in Go/Node.js/Python/Java/.NET, and a passion for clean code, testing, and learning new technologies.

TheSports Data teambuilds and maintains thedata pipelinesandprocessing systemsthat power the entire division. As a(Senior) Software Engineer for Sports Data (m/f/d)at Sportradar, you will workon various partsof the software stack, contributing toAPI development,testing and documentation.You’ll be part of a collaborative cross-functional team and play a crucial role indelivering quality softwarethat provides business value. • Contribute and grow as part of a small, self-organised, agile software development team

• Participate in designing and developing reliable, secure, and efficient data pipelines and systems while keeping your focus on quality, observability, and security
• Coach and develop team members by providing feedback and technical guidance

ABOUT YOU:

• 4+ years of professional experienceinagile software development
• Professional experience developing in at least onehigh-level programming language
• Professional experience with at least one of back-end related technologies such asGo, Node.js, Python, .Net or Java, etc.
• Passion forclean code and testing
• Deep understanding ofdata structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Keen interest innew technologies and learning
• Familiar with cloud platforms likeAWS, GCP or Azure

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
• Technical: Theoretical Interview:60 minutes to discuss your technical skills on the theoretical level with the technical team.
• Technical: Coding Interview:60 minutes of live coding where we do not access the end result but rather the candidate's approach (clean code and thinking process).
• System Design Interview:60 minutes to solve a high-level problem with certain requirements.
• Final Steps:Receive final feedback while onsite visit might be requested and, if successful, an offer!

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
