ANDRITZ, Graz-based, seeks a SAP Senior Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end SAP rollouts and transformation programmes across multiple countries and entities. You will act as a trusted executive advisor and maintain delivery governance in high-stakes environments.

The role requires senior leadership, deep SAP expertise (S/4HANA, RISE, hybrid), and proven PMO excellence to manage complex budgets, timelines, and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional project and programme management experience.
• 10+ years leading large SAP programmes (rollouts, transformations, and M&A).
• Proven delivery of multi-country, multi-ERP, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Deep experience with SAP S/4HANA, RISE, or hybrid landscapes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Programme and Project Leadership across SAP rollouts.
• Lead complex SAP rollout programmes across multiple entities and countries.
• Own scope, budget, schedule, quality, and benefits realization.
• Establish and enforce robust delivery governance, stage-gate models and escalation mechanisms.
• Prepare for and lead Steering Committee meetings and translate delivery realities into insights.
