Job summary

TroGroup GmbH in Austria seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead international S/4HANA rollouts and drive governance, budgets and KPIs across multiple regions. You will coordinate the SAP CoE, manage external partners, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery while continuously improving processes and delivery models.

Willingness to travel internationally and strong English skills are essential. This role requires a degree in CS or related field and several years of SAP delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar.
• Several years of experience as SAP (S/4HANA) project or delivery manager in an international environment.
• Experience in demand, change, and portfolio management.
• Strong SAP process knowledge (finance, logistics, manufacturing).
• Excellent project management skills; certification is a plus.
• Experience in budget/resource planning and managing external partners.
• Structured, solution-oriented with ability to communicate confidently and assertively.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Team player, customer-oriented, willing to travel internationally.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead international SAP S/4HANA rollouts as project manager (planning, execution, go-live, hypercare).
• Set up and manage project governance as well as resources, milestones, budgets, risks and reporting.
• Coordinate SAP CoE team, key users, and external partners.
• Oversee change requests and ensure timely, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Prioritize and bundle requirements, plan releases and capacity.
• Steer delivery through transparent KPIs and reporting and act as the escalation point for conflicting priorities, delays, budget overruns and quality issues.
• Continuously improve SAP CoE processes, tools, and delivery model.
