Max Mara Salzburg Store is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant to share the brand DNA with clients and drive sales through exceptional in-store experiences. You will demonstrate product knowledge, provide personalised service, and contribute to visual merchandising while building long-term client relationships.

Fluency in English and German is required, with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in luxury retail.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
