MaxMara Vienna Store is seeking a Sales Assistant to share the company DNA with clients and drive sales in-store. The role involves delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience and demonstrating deep product knowledge.

Fluency in English and German is required, along with a passion for fashion and strong interpersonal skills. You will participate in training programs and contribute to visual merchandising and client development within a premium environment.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge, based upon the training program provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
• Proactively deliver the brand's selling ceremony, maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales target and KPIs.
• Visual Merchandising Operations in the shop
• Actively builds client confidence by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Gain new clients, meeting conversion goals and continues to service existing clients
