Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high-impact trading infrastructure, design, build, and operate it within a fully remote, globally distributed team across European time zones.

You will collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver low-latency solutions, drive performance, reliability, and observability, and mentor others.

Qualifikationen

• Production-grade Rust experience building high‑performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quant trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for strategy development.
• Familiarity with trading system protocols and market data feeds.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency, mission‑critical trading systems
• Own key trading stack components end‑to‑end — from architecture through to production operation
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, and engineers to deliver solutions that improve trading performance and resilience
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure with a focus on performance, stability, observability, and operational excellence
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling
• Drive engineering standards through technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
• Embrace agentic engineering principles: leverage AI‑assisted workflows, drive automation of operational tasks, and help evolve the team’s agentic tooling
• Contribute to functional, component, and production‑readiness testing for critical trading components
