Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• 3+ years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program Management
• Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
• Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
• Willingness to travel (internationally) is required

Aufgaben

• Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from the beginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release and end of product line
• Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodate customer requirements
• Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
• Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps the management informed about the results
• Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line
