Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years experience in semiconductor process integration.
• Strong understanding of process flows and interface points.
• Experience with traceability and documentation discipline.

Aufgaben

• Maintain end-to-end process flows and module interfaces.
• Support structured capture of process know-how.
• Act as technical coordination contact with SAL MicroFab.

Kenntnisse

Fluent English

Strong communication and coordination skills

Structured, data-driven problem solving

Experience in semiconductor process integration

Understanding of thin-film and microfabrication
