HITACHI ENERGY LTD is seeking an experienced R&D Team Lead with a strong background in power semiconductor technologies. You will lead and develop a high-performing R&D team, owning end-to-end bipolar semiconductor device development from concept to manufacturing transfer.

Define and execute R&D strategies, drive materials and device innovations, and collaborate across process engineering, product management, and manufacturing to industrialize projects.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master's in physics, EE, or materials science with semiconductor device physics grounding.
• Several years of semiconductor R&D experience with proven leadership of R&D teams.
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of R&D engineers, fostering high performance and accountability.
• Own end-to-end development of bipolar semiconductor devices from concept to manufacturing transfer.
• Define and execute R&D strategies aligned with business goals.
