Zusammenfassung

HSH Chemie seeks a Senior Sales Manager PHC in Austria to develop our personal and home care business. You will manage supplier and client relationships, identifying new markets and opportunities to expand our product portfolio.

You will collaborate with Central and Eastern Europe teams to grow the PHC portfolio, travel within Austria and group as needed, and leverage an established Austrian network.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally, you have an academic certification as a chemical engineer, a commercial education with technical capabilities or another relevant certification.
• You have gained extensive experience with chemical raw materials related to Personal and Home Care from a technical or sales perspective.
• You have an established network in the Austrian market and are passionate about developing it.
• You are customer and solution oriented with initiative, reliability and commitment.
• You have analytical, entrepreneurial, structured and independent working style.
• You communicate well in German and English with solid negotiation abilities.
• You hold a Category B driving license and are willing to travel in Austria and within the group.

Aufgaben

• Develop our PHC distribution in Austria, expanding supplier and client relationships both commercially and technically.
• Identify new markets and promising raw materials and products for PHC; spot sales opportunities.
• Set targets for new business development and implement growth strategies.
• Create market overviews and databases to strengthen PHC market presence in Austria.
• Collaborate with PHC teams in Central and Eastern Europe to grow the portfolio.
