Deutsche Telekom Cyber Security Austria GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Senior Lead Security Analyst (m/w/d) to act as the central interface between international security analysts and clients’ security teams for complex detection and response issues.

You will take responsibility for big-picture analyses, onboarding new SOC customers, and ongoing support as the primary technical contact, while driving service quality and process improvements across the organization.

Qualifikationen

  • Several years of experience in cyber security, preferably in SOC, detection & response or IR.
  • Strong understanding of attack methods, vulnerabilities, security monitoring and detection use cases.
  • Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

  • Act as central interface between our security analysts and clients' security teams for complex issues in detection and response.
  • Identify strategic improvements in security measures and SOC analysis processes.
  • Onboard new SOC customers with complex requirements and support operations long-term as technical contact.
  • Ensure service provision for SOC customers and promote improvement of analysis processes.
  • Advise clients on acute security incidents at a strategic level.
  • Identify recurring attack patterns and derive concrete improvement measures.
