Zusammenfassung

Job-Room is seeking a senior information security leader to define, implement and evolve the security programme across our fast-growing construction software business. You will lead the security team, advise senior stakeholders, and translate threats into practical mitigations.

You will drive ISMS, security architecture, controls and cyber risk management, ensuring ISO 27001, SOC 2 and regulatory alignment while coordinating internal and external audits in a global matrix environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Deep knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and NIST.
• Several years in senior or decision‑making information or software security roles.
• Strong experience translating regulatory requirements into business‑ready security controls.
• Ability to convey complex security topics to senior, non‑technical stakeholders in a global matrix environment.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑based software environments including cloud and AI security, DevSecOps and application security.
• Travel requirement up to 15%.

Aufgaben

• Define, implement and evolve the security program for a fast-growing software business.
• Lead and develop the security team and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and manage information and product security risks and translate threats into mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS2, EU AI).
• Own and maintain SOC 2 certification and support ISO 27001 certification.
• Drive ISMS, security architecture, internal controls and cyber risk management.
• Coordinate audits and serve as interface to Group CISO and other security officers.
