Hilti Corporation in Austria is seeking a seasoned Business Information Security Officer for Construction Software to own the security strategy across a fast‑growing software portfolio, balancing innovation with risk. You will partner with business and technology leaders to keep our products secure, compliant, and resilient worldwide.

This full‑time role requires a Master’s degree and several years of senior security leadership, with travel up to 15%.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Several years in senior or decision‑making information or software security roles.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into security controls and risk mitigation.

Aufgaben

• Define, implement, and evolve the Construction Software security program.
• Lead and develop the Construction Software security team.
• Identify, assess, and manage information and product security risks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, CRA, NIS2, EU AI regulations.
• Own and maintain SOC 2 certification and support ISO 27001 certification.
• Drive ISMS, security architecture, internal controls, and cyber risk management.
• Manage security initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Coordinate audits with Group CISO and other information security officers.
• Ensure timely implementation of improvement measures.
