Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with advertising creative.
• Experience creating advertisements for Facebook, paid social, DTC, or performance marketing environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for compositing, typography, retouching, and fast production.
• Comfortable using Figma for layouts, components, design systems and collaboration.
• Fluent use of AI tools within the creative process with portfolio examples.
• Ability to sustain high-volume daily output in a creative setting.
• Strong understanding of what makes advertising effective and converts.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Organized with strong file hygiene and deadline discipline.
• Ability to work approximately 80% independently and 20% collaboratively.
