Zusammenfassung

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Labour and Employee Relations Partner to lead complex ER matters across Austria, Belgium, Poland and Switzerland. You will provide strategic and operational ER counsel to People Partner teams, HR Generalists and leaders, focusing on legally sound, business-aligned outcomes.

Travel across Europe may be required. Fluent English is essential, with additional languages a major asset.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, or comparable experience.
• Progressive experience in Labor & Employee Relations within a multinational organization.
• In-depth knowledge of Austria and Belgium labour law, with awareness of Switzerland and Poland laws.
• Experience leading reorganizations or transformations across multiple countries.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide ER counsel to People Partner Team and HR stakeholders in multiple countries on complex ER matters.
• Lead employee representative engagement and social dialogue with works councils and unions.
• Manage reorganizations, restructuring, and transformation initiatives ensuring lawful and business-aligned outcomes.
• Lead workplace investigations and performance management processes with Legal and Compliance support.
• Develop ER frameworks, policies, templates, and training to improve consistency and risk prevention.
