10x Partners is seeking a driven Senior Forward Deployed Engineer with deep Databricks experience to deliver strategic client projects. You will work directly with the founders and take end-to-end ownership of the workstreams you run.

Location is remote-first with optional team gatherings in Switzerland and at client sites. Compensation is market-adjusted within the EU, benchmarked to global standards, with relocation options for the right candidate.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on Databricks experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark.
• Strong software engineering background (Python, Spark, TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows.
• Proven ownership of a Databricks workstream from workshop to production.

Aufgaben

• Build end-to-end workflows from data integration to decision tools using Databricks.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to uncover opportunities and deliver business value.
• Own the technical design of your workstream from first workshop to production and handover.
• Run your delivery rhythm: sprints, demos, UAT with named user groups and meet commitments.
• Ship production-grade pipelines, data models and apps used by clients.
