Sportradar in Austria is seeking a Senior FinOps Engineer to strengthen our cloud-finance operations, spanning visibility, optimisation, and governance of cloud spend. You will translate usage and billing data into strategic insights for engineering, finance, and leadership.

The role requires strong analytical skills, cloud architecture knowledge (AWS preferred), and hands-on tagging governance, with market-standard BI tooling and scripting capabilities to drive cost-efficient decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years of FinOps or cloud finance experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and cost drivers.
• Experience with tagging governance and cost instruments.
• Ability to translate cost data into actionable insights.
• Experience with BI tooling and scripting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own cloud cost visibility end-to-end across tagging and allocation.
• Drive rate optimisation and commitment strategy with RI/ Savings Plans.
• Build FinOps reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and support budgeting with finance.
• Identify workload optimisation and waste reduction with engineering.
