OMV Group in Vienna, Austria seeks a senior treasury professional with >9 years' experience in corporate finance and funding. You will lead major financing transactions, manage EMTN and liquidity, and coordinate with banks, rating agencies, and regulators.

Fluency in English and German is required, and the role offers international exposure and relocation support. The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 96,614 all-in.

• Lead and execute major external financing transactions including bond issuances and syndicated loans.
• Prepare capital market prospectuses and negotiate loan and financing documentation.
• Analyze funding alternatives and provide financing recommendations to senior management.
• Manage and update the EMTN program and coordinate capital market documentation with banks.
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants, undertakings, and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, debt investors, rating agencies, and regulators.
• Manage the Group's credit rating by engaging with rating agencies.
• Oversee liquidity management including daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting.
• Execute FX hedging transactions and manage banking counterparties for FX activities.
• Prepare treasury reports and provide cross-functional treasury support.

• Manage the Group's credit rating by engaging with rating agencies and assessing the impact of financial metrics on ratings.


• Oversee liquidity management, including daily cash positioning, short-term cash forecasting, and money market transactions.


• Execute foreign exchange hedging transactions (incl. spot, forwards, swaps, and derivatives) and manage banking counterparties for FX activities.


• Prepare treasury reports and management presentations, while providing cross-functional treasury support and backup coverage for treasury operations.

Your profile

• Master's degree / Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• More than 9 years of relevant professional experience in treasury, corporate finance, funding, or capital markets.


• Solid expertise in corporate finance, treasury management, financial reporting, financial analysis, and debt financing.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.


• Strong commercial acumen, high integrity, proven ability to build trusted relationships, and the capability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and senior management levels.


• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and German.

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement amounts to EUR 96.614,-- all-in. Depending on skills and specific experience, over-payment is possible.
