Zusammenfassung

Arineo Group seeks an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex software implementations using agile methods. You will act as the main liaison for clients and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders and shaping project scope to fit diverse client situations.

The role requires senior experience in long-term projects, strong German and English skills, and a willingness to travel within Austria. Remote in Austria is possible with a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in ERP implementations or complex software projects.
• Proven track record of long-term client relationships and multi-year projects.
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology and strong communication skills.

• Lead, plan and manage ERP projects using agile methodologies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal/external teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders at all levels and structure projects per client needs.
• Facilitate meetings/workshops on-site or online and manage risks.

Your profile

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager in the implementation of ERP systems or complex software projects – ideally on the service provider side
• Proven experience in leading projects spanning several years and managing long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of an agile project methodology
• A confident and assured manner, as well as strong communication skills
• A solution- and service-oriented approach to work
• Experience in organising, steering and facilitating complex and politically sensitive project situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and in-depth knowledge of project planning software
• Very good command of German and good command of English
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
• Openness to innovation and the use of new methods and tools in project management (particularly AI)

Desirable

• Project management certification (GPMA, PMI, etc.) or certification in an agile project methodology (e.g. Scrum)
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365FO and Azure DevOps
• Experience as a trainer and/or facilitator
