Job summary

TTTECH Group in Vienna is seeking an (Senior) Embedded Software Developer with safety focus for mobile machinery. You will design, develop and validate safety-critical embedded software across the full lifecycle, from requirements to testing, in a collaborative, innovation-driven team.

In the Senior role you own architectural and lifecycle aspects, contributing to High-Performance Computing platform solutions and next-generation autonomous capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in CS/Mechatronics/Electronics or related field.
• 3–5 years of real-time embedded software experience in automotive/off-highway is preferred.
• Strong embedded C skills and software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849) and MISRA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate embedded software for safety-critical real-time systems.
• Analyze, define and refine software requirements with stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable, robust system architectures.
• Support verification/validation and automated regression testing concepts.
• Drive improvements in development processes, methodologies and tools.
• Share knowledge within the team and guide junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize HPC platform solutions.
