Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking a senior consultant to support energy utilities and grid operators across the DACH region, GB, and Scandinavia. You will drive projects from pre‑sales to delivery, lead diverse teams, and share knowledge across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in project or consulting work, strong organizational and leadership skills, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Based in Klaus (AT) or Erlangen, English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in project or consulting work.
• You have a good understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods.
• You have deep technical understanding of processes within electrical utilities.
• You possess excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills and you are able to foster teamwork in a highly collaborative environment.
• You have a strong sense of personal accountability, you are self-motivated and able to work independently.
• You have an excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage.
• You are ready to work in our Erlangen or Klaus (AT) office and enjoy travelling (up to 40% travel).
