Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a functional consultant in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Familiarity with typical processes in technical or field service.
• Experience facilitating workshops and developing solution designs.
• Proficient in functional customization of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Knowledge of integration scenarios with ERP or third-party systems.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholders engagement.
• Excellent German and good English skills, willing to travel (approx. 20%).

Aufgaben

• Analyze and redesign service processes for clients' digital organizations.
• Translate business requirements into solution designs using Dynamics 365.
• Lead process and design workshops and manage projects technically.
• Configure Dynamics solutions, supporting integrations with other systems.
• Support testing, acceptance, and rollout of solutions to production.
