BioTalent is partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to appoint a Senior Director, Pharmacovigilance, responsible for end-to-end safety strategy across a global product portfolio. The role offers remote work with Switzerland or Germany office locations, enabling strategic leadership across oncology, neurology, cardiovascular and immunology areas.

You will lead a PV team, drive signal management and regulatory compliance, and influence senior stakeholders to ensure patient safety

Lead the future of pharmacovigilance in a strategic portfolio leadership role.

BioTalent is collaborating with an internationally growing pharmaceutical company. We are looking to appoint a Portfolio Owner in Pharmacovigilanceto take end-to-end accountability for the safety strategy of a global product portfolio. This will be linked to Oncology, Neurology, Cardiovascular, Immunology and more.

Responsibilities:

• Own portfolio-wide safety strategy, benefit-risk evaluation, and risk management
• Lead and develop a team of PV professionals
• Drive signal management, safety assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
• Partner with senior leaders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
• Influence business-critical decisions while ensuring patient safety remains at the heart of every action

What we're looking for:

• MSc or higher + an advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field
• 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharma or biotech industry
• Strong expertise in post-marketing safety, benefit-risk management and PV strategy
• Experience in leadership roles such as Global Safety Lead, Safety Scientist, Therapeutic Area Lead, or similar
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in complex global environments
