Novotech Austria seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to lead day-to-day trial management, align with strategic goals, and optimize resource use within the country/region. You will drive high-quality, compliant trial delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet client deliverables and project revenue targets.

• Graduate in a clinical, pharmacy or life sciences field.
• Experience with end-to-end management of clinical trials and trial operations.
• Excellent organisational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Clinical Operations Management team with day-to-day operations.
• Set and drive annual performance reviews, development goals and KPIs.
• Oversee resourcing to ensure billable utilisation and realisation targets are met.
• Ensure project delivery outcomes and high quality first-time delivery.
• Advocate for clinical operations needs at upper management levels.
• Implement best practices and standards for trial management.
• Ensure trials comply with regulatory requirements and are inspection ready.
• Identify learning and development needs for 1–2 line-report levels.
• Coordinate with HR & L&D to meet training needs for clinical staff.
