Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in warehouse and distribution management, FMCG preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Our Wholesale team, is looking for an experienced Senior DC Manager for Alpha Dianomes to lead and guide our warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple departments and play a critical role in streamlining our supply chain activities.

What you’ll do:

• Formulate the company's supply chain strategy to continuously improve logistics efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated warehouse and distribution team to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate operations.
• Oversee daily E2E activities from receiving to deliver goods to our customers.
• Develop, implement, and enforce operating procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in budget development, continuously monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service levels.
• Participate in recruitment, training, performance evaluation and development of the team.
• Develop and manage shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels for both daily operations and peak periods.
• Implement and oversee robust cycle counting procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments ensuring smooth products flow and high availability, safeguard inventories accuracy, ensure distribution capability at beneficial costs and prices.
• Continuously assess operating systems (WMS, ERP,TMS) and tools, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to implement necessary system upgrades and integrations.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters/MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in warehouse & distribution management ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a diverse team.
• Experience in using ERP systems, WMS and TMS.
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, goods receiving, order picking principles and distribution procedures and practices.
