Sportradar is seeking a senior data engineer to own and drive multi-faceted data projects. You will scale terabytes of data, design scalable pipelines with Spark and AWS, and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery.

You will build backend services in Python or Go, create dashboards for stakeholders, and ensure data quality with robust monitoring and CI/CD. This role emphasizes clean code, mentoring, and architecture leadership in a fast-growing sports tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of data engineering experience with leading complex projects.
• Strong communication in cross-functional teams including analysts and product managers.
• Very strong hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR) and Spark.
• Backend development with Python for data processing services and APIs; SQL expertise.
• Infrastructure & DevOps experience with Docker, Terraform and CI/CD.
• Commitment to clean code, testing and reliable data analytics.
• Experience designing scalable data architectures and data modeling.
• Dashboard development to present insights using BI tools.
• GenAI tools experience is a plus.
