Sportradar AG is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the technical vision for our iGaming division. You will shape architecture for high-concurrency real-time gaming, drive AI-assisted coding standards, and empower engineers to deliver with velocity and quality.

In this hybrid, office-first environment, you will mentor senior engineers, collaborate across squads, and translate product strategy into scalable roadmaps while maintaining security-first practices and modern development

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience in iGaming or high-concurrency real-time gaming.
• Expert in Java/JVM and modern frontend (React, TypeScript).
• Experience with AI-assisted development and integration into secure enterprise processes.
• Proven ability to architect distributed cloud systems (AWS).
• Ability to influence technical direction across multiple squads.

Aufgaben

• Lead design of low-latency distributed architectures for iGaming products.
• Champion AI coding assistants in development lifecycle with standards.
• Promote test-driven development, security-first design, clean-code.
• Bridge front-end, back-end, and infrastructure teams for delivery.
