Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in data engineering with hands-on Python, SQL, Spark and Databricks.
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog and Delta.
• Practical experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration and scheduled production data pipelines.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCS, BigQuery).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
• Ownership of production data environments including scheduling, quality checks, alerts and incident resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Build, maintain, and operate data pipelines supporting daily reporting, attribution and LTV analyses.
• Ingest and transform data from advertising platforms, payment systems and product backends into Databricks-based environments.
• Orchestrate workflows with Apache Airflow to ensure timely and reliable jobs.
• Maintain accurate silver and gold data tables with data quality monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recover failed runs within timelines.
• Improve data processes and tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Product and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Balance multiple projects while upholding data quality and delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering practices in agile settings.
• Apply business context to data, understanding marketing spend, subscriptions, payments, and attribution.
